Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, under subsection 105(1) of the Financial Administration Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Finance of Dwight Ball of Deer Lake, Newfoundland and Labrador, to be a director of the Board of Directors of the Canada Development Investment Corporation, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years, in place of Mary Ritchie, whose term has expired.
