Order directing Canada Development Investment Corporation to (1) procure the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary, to be named CANADA GROWTH FUND INC.; (2) take such steps as are necessary to facilitate the subsidiary’s establishment as a new public investment fund making individual investment decisions within its mandate, on an arm’s length basis from the Government of Canada, and in accordance with the terms of any directive that may be given to the subsidiary; and (3) ensure that the remuneration for the directors, chairperson and chief executive officer is fixed having regard to the standard remuneration usually provided by other corporations in the public and private sectors.
